Join us for an exercise class featuring simple standing and sitting movements designed to achieve a sculpted body with strong lean muscles, increased joint flexibility and greater range of motion. This innovative workout brings together elements of dance, aerobic fitness, yoga, strength training, physical rehabilitation and Pilates. This will leave you feeling strong, energized and focused. The instructor is Sharon Mason, a certified Silver Sneakers and Pilates instructor of yoga, cardio circuit, muscle strength, range of motion and exceptional communication and leadership exercise programs.
