Supervisor Training Series

Successful Supervision!


Back by popular demand is the Chamber's Supervisor Training Series, which is held for four consecutive Tuesdays in March. All classes are held from 8am to 10am at the Chamber, 115 Broad Street in Martinsville.

Dates for the series are as follows:

• Session 1: What does winning look like?
   
  What is success as a supervisor? Supervisors will define successes in their current roles and their personal aspirations.
   
  Date: March 9 from 8-10am at the Chamber
   
  
• Session 2: Am I winning?
   
  How successful a supervisor am I? Supervisors will assess their current styles, level of success and opportunities.
   
  What do I do if I'm not winning?
  
  Date: March 16 from 8-10am at the Chamber
   
  
• Session 3: How is my team performing?
   
  How are we doing? What is the supervisor's role in the success of their teams? How do I motivate and enable my team?
   
  Date: March 23 from 8-10am at the Chamber
   
• Session 4: Celebrating success.
   
  Supervisors are a critical link to making their people and their organizations successful. Supervisors will discuss encouragement, recognition, and celebrating success.
   
  Date: March 30th from 8-10am at the Chamber

About the instructor:

David Dickerson is founder and managing principal of Business Results Training.
